Editing Your Company Information
If you ever need to modify the information related to a company, here's how to proceed:
- Click on the Contact module icon.
- Click on Company.
- Search for your company and double-click on your company name.
- The Edit company window will prompt and from there you can update your company information.
Note that you can also determine what you want to be displayed on your receipts. To select which company information (and customer information) you want to be displayed on your receipts, go to Configurations > Invoice > Page 3.
How to Edit a Company
Go into the Contact module. Select the Company radio button. Search for the company on the left-hand side of your screen. Select the company to edit. Double click on it or click the Edit company button.

How to Search a Company
In the Contact module, select the Company radio button and enter the company name in the search bar. In the Invoice module, find the company using the search field under Customer. Then, click on the Go to contact in the bottom left corner.
How to Delete a Company
Go to the Contact/Co. module. Select Company. Search the contact to delete. Select it. Click on the Delete contact icon.
